Join the REI Roundtable: South Florida's Real Estate Investor Community
Learn. Share. Connect.
Real estate investing is easier, and a lot less lonely, when you have people to learn from. The REI Roundtable is where South Florida investors trade lessons, ask honest questions, and get to know each other.
Who This Community Is For
- First-time investors who want to learn before they buy.
- Small landlords with one or a few rentals.
- Fix-and-flip investors looking for better numbers and better contacts.
- Homeowners wondering whether their next move should be an investment property.
You don't need a portfolio to join. You only need curiosity and a willingness to share what you learn.
Two Ways to Connect
1. The Facebook Group
South Florida Real Estate Investors | REI Roundtable is our everyday meeting place. Ask questions, share wins and mistakes, and hear about upcoming events first. It's free to join.
2. Live Roundtable Sessions
These are interactive online discussions on one focused topic, with time for your questions. Dates and sign-up details are announced in the Facebook group.
What We Talk About
- Why an investment property can work for you
- Kinds of investment properties in South Florida
- Hurricane-resistant upgrades that protect your investment
- 1031 exchanges
- Financing strategies, including DSCR loans
- When it's time to let go of an underperforming property
We also cover renovation budgets, insurance, and the real-life lessons of being a landlord.

Meet Your Host
I'm Natiesha Wray Henry, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty and the founder of Eden Estate Enterprises, LLC, my real estate investing company. I've renovated and sold investment properties in South Florida, and I've made some of the mistakes we talk about.
I spent 17 years as a teacher before real estate, so I run the Roundtable like a good classroom: clear, practical, and open to every question.
Past Roundtable Highlights
Million-Dollar Lessons from Real Estate Investing Mistakes. We talked through buying the wrong property, underestimating renovation costs, and holding a property too long.
