Invest in South Florida Real Estate With Confidence

Strategic investing with clarity, confidence, and long-term wealth in mind.

Real estate is one of the most powerful tools for building wealth, but only with the right guidance. Whether you're buying your first rental or expanding your portfolio, my goal is simple:

Help you acquire the right properties, at the right time, using the right strategy.

I'm not just a REALTOR® who works with investors. I'm an investor myself. I've renovated and flipped homes here in South Florida, so I know what the numbers look like before, during, and after a project.

My Investor Services

1. Portfolio Analysis & Strategy
I review what you own to spot underperforming properties, idle equity, and opportunities to grow. The focus is on return, not speculation.

2. Investment Property Search
Based on your goals, I find and screen single-family rentals, duplexes and small multifamily, value-add properties, fix-and-flips, short-term rentals where permitted, and 1031 replacement properties.

3. Financial Analysis & Deal Vetting
Before you make an offer, we look at cash flow, cap rate, repair costs, after-repair value, rental comparables, insurance, and HOA fees. You'll know a property's true performance up front.

4. Renovation & Market-Prep Guidance
I provide renovation cost guidance, improvement recommendations, contractor referrals, and resale preparation for both rentals and flips.

5. 1031 Exchange Strategy & Support
I help you plan your timing, identify replacement properties, and line up the purchase with your tax advisor and Qualified Intermediary.

Investor FAQs

I'm new to investing. Where do I start?
With a conversation about your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we'll choose a strategy, such as a rental, a house hack, or a flip, and talk through financing options.

Can I rent out any property I buy?
Not always. Many HOAs and condo associations in South Florida limit rentals, and short-term rentals face city rules too. I check the rules before you make an offer.

How do I know if a deal makes sense?
We run the numbers together: rent, taxes, insurance, HOA fees, repairs, and financing. If it doesn't work on paper, I'll tell you.

Do you help with renovations?
Yes. I can help you estimate costs, prioritize improvements, and connect you with trusted local contractors.
